Annual Record Care keeps your personalized portal active year-round. It’s included free for the first year with Guided Property Record, and available as an optional add-on for White-Glove Pro and Basic. With it active, you can submit new assets and documents anytime and get priority scheduling after a storm or other event. Hosting is annual — it lapses if not renewed, and only the thumb drive delivery is yours to keep permanently.

The difference is who tags your assets. White-Glove Pro puts a DHDO Tag Tech on site for two hours to document your belongings room by room. Guided Property Record gives you portal access and lets you submit assets and receipts over time. Choose White-Glove Pro for done-for-you speed; choose Guided Property Record to build your record at your own pace.
Packages include a 3,000-square-foot base, then add $50 per additional 1,000 square feet, rounded up. Example: a 4,200-square-foot home on Guided Property Record needs 2 additional 1,000-square-foot increments beyond the base — $450 + (2 × $50) = $550, plus tax. The same formula applies to White-Glove Pro.
Commercial & Business Documentation starts at $800 plus tax for up to 5,000 square feet, adding $50 per additional 1,000 square feet. Large facilities, multi-site portfolios, industrial sites, and specialized assignments — where scope, access, or asset complexity goes beyond a standard walkthrough — move to a custom quote instead.
Sales tax applies to every package. Add-ons like floor plans, Xactimate reports, and Matterpak exports are priced separately. Asset tagging beyond your included hours runs $75/hour. Return visits and rescans are quoted individually. A $100 fee applies if a home isn’t scan-ready, and late payments carry 1.5%/month plus $25 after 14 days.
