You complete your client information form and submit your onboarding packet. We confirm your scan date within one business day — the clock starts from there.
Gather receipts for major purchases — furniture, electronics, appliances, jewelry, tools. Make a list of every item you want tagged and tidy each room so we can move through cleanly on scan day.
Our team arrives on your scheduled date. The scan takes one to three hours depending on home size. You don't need to follow us room to room — relax, work from home, do whatever is easiest. We handle the rest.
We process the 3D scan and attach asset tags using your receipts and item information. Every tagged item gets its make, model, serial number, purchase date, and replacement value embedded directly into the scan.
Any receipts or item information received after the 7th business day following your scan cannot be added without an additional labeling fee. Get everything to us before the deadline for the cleanest result.
You receive your secure 3D scan link and complete asset documentation. Payment is due upon delivery. We accept all major credit cards, ACH, and check.
