Welcome & Sign-Up

You complete your client information and onboarding packet. We confirm your scan date within one business day — the clock starts from there.

3–4 Business Days

Preparation Window

Gather receipts for major purchases — furniture, electronics, appliances, jewelry, tools. List every item you want tagged and tidy each room for scan day.

Scan Day

We Come to You

Our team arrives on your scheduled date. The scan takes one to three hours depending on home size — you don't need to follow us room to room.

5–7 Business Days

Processing & Labeling

We process the 3D scan and attach asset tags using your receipts and item information — make, model, serial number, and purchase date embedded in the scan.

Day 7 Post-Scan

Receipt Cutoff

Receipts or item info received after the 7th business day following your scan cannot be added without an additional labeling fee. Get everything in before the deadline.

Delivery

Your Documentation, Delivered

You receive your secure 3D scan link and complete asset documentation. Payment is due upon delivery — all major cards, ACH, and check accepted.
